1. Who operates Sondomo
Sondomo is a service operated by Sondomo LLC, located in Washington, United States.
2. Accepting these terms
By signing in to or using Sondomo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Eligibility
Sondomo is intended only for people aged 18 years or older.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity that happens through your account. Please contact support@sondomo.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
5. Permitted use
Sondomo is provided for your own personal, non-commercial use.
6. Prohibited use
Please do not misuse the service. That includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with or disrupting the service, scraping or bulk-extracting content, abusive behavior, or attempting to bypass security or access controls.
7. What Sondomo is — and is not
Sondomo supports reflection and positive thinking. It is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis care, or emergency support.

8. Service changes
Sondomo continues to develop. Features may change, the service may be interrupted, and defects may occur.
9. Your saved information
Saved information may be removed by you, or through a verified request submitted on the Data Requests page.
10. Suspension or restriction of access
Sondomo LLC may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.
11. Intellectual property
Sondomo branding, application content, and the curated Mind Anchors remain protected intellectual property of Sondomo LLC.
12. Third-party infrastructure
Sondomo relies on third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase, Lovable, Cloudflare or related edge infrastructure, GoDaddy, and Google Fonts. See the Privacy Policy for details.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
